When an alarm is incoming to the Talius mobile application, the alarm should sound and also vibrate.
Mobiles with Talius mobile application run on Android OS.
1. Reboot the mobile.
Simply turn off the mobile and turn it back on.
Best practise: Once a week reboot
2. Log off from shift and log back in
Best practise: Daily logging back out and start a new shift
3. Check settings of Android device.
Note: An MDM controlled device would not allow a user to change the settings. In this case, please ask administrator to change settings.
Go to Settings > Sound and Vibration > Volume.
All the volume bars should be maximum.
